Job Details

This position will assist in leading the organization in the development of a Lean culture by promoting, education and instilling a culture of waste identification and elimination throughout the organization. Responsible for working with teams to prepare and conduct process improvement events. Will develop and prepare materials for use in the events, coordinate with department management and participants, lead instruction on the use of process improvement tools, facilitate team decisions, manage team work, resolve team conflict, assist in the development of implementation action plans and conduct follow up.

Qualifications include bachelor's degree; RN or clinical training/background strongly preferred; 3 - 5 years proven successful leadership/management experience; LEAN training/education a plus; excellent communication, critical thinking, process oriented thinking, organization, computer, and customer service skills.
