Under the direction of the Executive Director the Foundation Assistant will maintain Scotland Memorial Foundation's database of donors and contacts, assists with social media management, and coordinate a variety of responsibilities essential to the efficient and effective operation of the Foundation and hosted events. These responsibilities demand outstanding administrative skills, a high degree of competence, the ability to prioritize responsibilities and tasks, diplomacy, tact and high level of confidentiality, and independence of action as required and within the framework of authority. Experience with development/fundraising, social media, fundraising databases, and event management is preferred. Additionally, this position requires the ability to physically assist with all aspects of special events/activities including some evening and weekend hours. Qualifications: Excellent customer service, organization, and clericalskills; proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; previous experience in officesetting preferred; eTapestry experience a plus.
