Lessons Learned Operations Analyst

Key Role:

Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex and highly sensitive systems, policies, and processes through a deliberate Army Lessons Learned process. Determine procedures for solving complex design, integration, and analytical problems. Perform analysis for remediation on all command-level Observation, Insights, or Lessons (OILs). Activate OILs in the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) database for use throughout the DoD and key interagency partners. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding critical issues that relate to manning, training, or equipping Soldiers. Prepare briefings and reports on analyses methodologies and results. Provide work leadership for junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with military, including contractor and civilian service

-2 years of experience with military operations

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Top Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED and 8 years of experience with military operations or BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Army operations

-Experience as military staff at the O5 level or above

-TS/SCI clearance

-MA or MS degree


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
